REFUND POLICY
PERISHABLE GOODS
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will offer a replacement or refund, subject to confirmation of the issue.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days once approved.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
LIABILITY
We are not responsible for products that have been stored incorrectly or consumed after the best before date.
